Guys, check out this spam email I received today. This is real, I'm not making this up:

1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 5 cups)

1 1/2 cups cubed Edam cheese
1 8oz carton lemon yogurt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1. Place cabbage on bottom of large salad bowl.
2. Top with pineapple chunks, mandarin orange sections, grapes and

Um . . . this recipe is VERY similar to one that a friend passed along to me, that a friend of his found online. Only sour cream instead of yogurt and a few other differences -- but a very similar cabbage-fruit slaw to this one. I have no idea why this would be in any way relevant, but it *is* coincidental.ReplyDelete
